Nettle: Nettle is known to be rich in vitamins such as A, C, & K and necessary minerals such as calcium, iron, & magnesium. Nettle is also rich in essential amino acids and polyphenols and comes with anti-inflammatory properties. Supports maintenance of heart, kidneys and respiratory health and is good for hair & skin health. Nettle is also useful in alleviating menopausal discomfort

Brewing instructions: 

• To prepare, add one teaspoon of Green Kranti Tea to boiling water. Brew for 3-4 minutes on low to medium flame to bring its alluring colour, texture and aroma
• Savour it as is or add milk for quintessential creamy chai taste or perk it up with lemon
• Best consumed plain. For a dash of sweetness, top it with a little gud (jaggery) or shahad (honey)

Storage advice: 

• The pouch comes with air-tight zip lock. Ensure to lock the seal after use or transfer to an airtight container, kept in cool dark place
• If storing in the refrigerator, wait for the tea to reach room temperature to prevent any condensation before use
